If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size or colour exchange or refund within 14 days of the merchandise’s delivery date.

WRITTEN REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION: Clients must e-mail to to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. The written request must include the Order Number and the Item Code(s) to be returned and the reason for the return: refund, size exchange or colour exchange.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH RETURN AUTHORIZAITON NUMBER: Once the written request is received, will send a written confirmation to the Client including the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Clients must write this RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the Airway Bill and on the outside of the box. Please send the return with the courier indicated in the e-mail sent by

Clients can choose between the below compensation options:

Size or colour exchange: items can be exchanged only when a different size or colour of the same item code is available. Exchanges for different item codes are currently unavailable.

Refund: Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted. For order paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

  • Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
  • Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
  • Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
  • Returns must be packaged in the TX3 box or any other solid carton box.
  • In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
  • Pick-ups for all authorized returns with’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
  • In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
  • it reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.

RETURN SHIPMENTS for refund request for countries outside the EU are not free of charge. Any eventual import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the client.
