TforThree.it ships worldwide using DHL EXPRESS delivery. As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments from TforThree.it are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro.

Orders are processed for shipment from TforThree.it from Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (CET). Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

TforThree.it shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of TX3.IT. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

<span style=”color: #808080;”><strong>AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING</strong></span>

Orders with available merchandise, based on the confirmation of the availability of the merchandise and verification of the Bank Transaction, are shipped the following day of the order placement. (Orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following Monday). Credit Cards are debited immediately at the moment the order is processed based on the verification of the Bank Transaction.

In all cases, TX3.IT reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control.

<span style=”color: #808080;”><strong>PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE</strong></span>

Pre-Orders are debited and invoiced the day after of the Order Placement. Orders for “Pre-Order” merchandise will be shipped once the payment has been verified and the merchandise is in stock. Credit Cards are debited immediately at the moment the order is placed based on the verification of the Bank Transaction.

TX3.IT is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes in pre-ordered items due to modifications during production required by the Designer. In the event that an item reserved by the Client does not arrive, the Client will be informed and a refund will be issued.

In case an order was placed with AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE and PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE the customer will receive the order in two steps:

The available merchandise will be shipped the following day of the order placement (orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following Monday), based on the confirmation of the availability of the merchandise and verification of the Bank Transaction.

The “Pre-Order” merchandise will be shipped once the payment has been verified and the merchandise is in stock.

The total amount of the order indicates if the shipment is free.

The prices shown on the web-site for Switzerland include VAT taxes. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by local custom authority.

PLEASE NOTE: If a parcel is not withdrawn, for any reason, any eventual shipping or import fees related to the automatic return of DHL to TX3.IT office, will be deducted from the refund.

UNITED STATES:

SHIPPING FEES ON PURCHASES UNDER €100: € 30 charge.

Please note: if a parcel is not withdrawn, for any reason, any eventual shipping or import fees related to the authomatic return of DHL to TX3.IT office, will be deducted from the refund.

PLEASE NOTE: To receive an import, the US government custom’s agency requires a social security number or NON US Citizen Import Number – CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number. The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days.

Shipments that do not clear custom’s successfully in the client’s home country due to the non-compliance of import regulations risk being returned to Italy at the client’s expense. All re-import fees assessed to packages returning to Italy and the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

<span style=”color: #808080;”><strong>SHIPMENT TRACKING</strong></span>

Once TX3.IT proceed with the creation of the shipment label, clients receive a notification from TX3.it specifying the tracking number. To track a parcel, go to www.dhl.com/en.html and insert the tracking number indicated in the E-mail.

<span style=”color: #808080;”><strong>SHIPMENT INSURANCE</strong></span>

TX3.IT shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer covered by the insurance.

<span style=”color: #808080;”><strong>AUTHORIZED SHIPMENT DELIVERY</strong></span>

Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the receipt of the merchandise. TX3.IT packages are carefully sealed. If the Client receives a box that had been opened by the Custom or by the Courier from external inspections, the parcel would be resealed with a control security seal. For any reason, if the box looks tampered or the official adhesive tape is not intact, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, be sure to open a claim immediately with the local DHL Office and contact TX3.IT at customerservice@TX3.IT.

<span style=”color: #808080;”><strong>UNSUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY</strong></span>

If for any reason, an order from TX3.IT is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the commercial agreement, the package risks being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

<span style=”color: #808080;”><strong>SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS</strong></span>

As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all TX3.it orders are shipped WITH AN OFFICIAL invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.

It is illegal to declare lower values or the items as gifts as per international import regulations.

<span style=”color: #808080;”><strong>SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS FOR EXOTIC PELTS</strong></span>

Shipments of orders from TX3.IT that contain an item made from an exotic pelt destined outside of the European Economic Community, by law, require an extra document for exportation called C.I.T.E.S. (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna).

This document acts as a passport for the item and explains that the item comes from an animal bred specifically for commerce and not taken from the wild. For more information please see: www.cites.org.

The documents are issued from the Fishing Wildlife and Game Custom’s Office and take 14 days to be processed.

To obtain the documents, CITES requires the fiscal invoice and thus the Client’s Credit Card will be debited before shipment.

Due to standard processing time for the documents, the shipment will be delayed.
